Oh, this is pretty awesome. It's totally a girly beer, I guess you could say.

I wouldn't call any lambic "girly"; even the framboise has so much bitterness under the delicious raspberry sweetness that it's not really a drinkin' beer so much as a pre-bottled cocktail. A delicious pre-bottled cocktail.

You don't say, eh? It's been a year or two since I've had it. I mostly remember it being extremely yum. I should probably just go get some right now.

I have one every once in a while, but it's not something I can do more than one of in, oh, a week. I also love to use lambics in cooking - the peach works fantastically as a chicken marinade.
