I am going to bible study tommorrow! I am excited!! Haha.. so i decided to blog on last week bible study. Enjoy!!!

We are Perfectly Righteous in Christ
Do you know that we are kings and priests? Do you know Jesus love us and washed our sins in His own blood? Yea… He did all these just for us! All these can be found in Rev1:5-6 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. We are so accepted by God because we are the righteousness of God in Christ! Where in the Bible states that we are righteous before God? Whooo… a lot ah! But let us see in Old Testament for the evidence of righteousness. In Exo28:39-43 and Exo39:27-29, we can see God instructed Aaron and his sons to wear white linen clothing. White in the Bible speaks of righteousness!

Do you know that when we go Heaven, we will be clothed in white? Oh yea… we can see this in Rev4:4 Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads. The 24 is a representative number; 12 for Old and 12 New. The 24 is a representatives of all of us in Christ! Let us look into Rev19:8And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Hello Saints! We are all Righteous Saints clothed with white, clean, bright Robe with crowns!!

You may ask: Why white? Why linen? All these are to keep us cool! In Gen3:19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for dust you are, and to dust you shall return. God has cursed the ground and we shall eat bread out of our sweat. Today, Jesus has redeem us from all these! He has given us the white robe of Righteousness! Let us see this in Eze44:17-18 And it shall be, whenever they enter the gates of the inner court, that they shall put on linen garments; no wool shall come upon them while they minister within the gates of the inner court or within the house. They shall have linen turbans on their heads and linen trousers on their bodies; they shall not clothe themselves with anything that causes sweat.

Ask from God because we are Righteous
We are totally cleansed by the blood of Jesus! Because we are made so righteous by the finished work of Jesus, we odd to come boldly before God to ask for things. See how Jabez ask God for in 1Chr4:9-10 Now Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, "Because I bore him in pain." And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, "Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!" So God granted him what he requested. All that he asks God are selfish prayer… all to himself… to bless him, enlarge his territory, God’s hand with him, keep him from evil etc. Wow… so bold! Jesus has not died for his sin at that time yet… and he is so bold to ask God. Guess what? God granted him everything!!

The Jews rejected Jesus. God did more than just sending His son. It cost Him so much because He love Jesus so much! We see Jesus wept in Luke19:41-44 Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it, saying, "If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side, and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation." Why he wept? He is grieved… if only they know… and if only we realize how good God is and how much His inheritance for us and yet we possess so little.

God works in us because we are Righteous
Look at this verse Phi2:13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Some preacher preach as: after we receive the salvation, we have to work it out ourselves. No… is BIG error! God is always working actively inside us; effectively working in us all the while! We do not have to do anything to make God works in us; God is so willing to work in us! Let us look at another verse Col1:27-29 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily. Whooo…. Works in us MIGHTILY!

God works in us without us knowing that he is working in us. How much more we know? How we know? Have you experience time when you are so angry and suddenly felt loved… is God working! In Old Testament, God has to do spectacular things because they do not have close relationship with God. God do spectacular things to catch their attention. Today, God is in us, He works very gently but yet powerful and supernatural!

1Joh2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. There is no moment that God is not abiding in us. He is in us to teach us ALL THINGS! God wants us to look to Him!

GOD (the greatest person) is working in me.
God IS (present tense) working in me.
God is WORKING (not sleeping) in me.
God is working IN (not outside) me.
God is working in ME (not others is me).
