Super Fulfilling Weekend!!!
Thank you Jesus for the SUPER fulfilling weekend!! My weekend has been packed with lots and lots of fun activities!! Saturday morning at 730am, i reached Changi Village to collect the bike for our Pengerang Cycling Tour. Haha.. we need to wear cyclist helmet for the cycling... made us look so professional! Oh.. i was assigned to be in group 3 and guess who is our team leader? Jocelyn yeo! Whoo... our Singapore National Swimmer is so fit! Bring glory to our country and glory to Jesus!!
After collecting our bikes, we proceed to the bumper boat and load all the bikes up onto the boat. There were a total of 5 groups of 12 for the trip. We cycled a total of 34km and along the way, there were beautiful sea views, kampong houses, carefree children etc. Seem like we are back to the 70s Singapore! Whoo... great weather with great people around! Great fun!!
Beautiful scenery taken from the bumper boat. The journey from Changi to Pengerang Johor is around 1 hour. The bikes were nicely stacked in the boat by the boatman. This group picture is taken by our leader, Jocelyn.
Finally... we have reached Pengerang Johor! Look at Vincent and June... all ready to go!! Decon Jeff lead us to prayer before we set off!! Yea.. protected by Jesus!! The next picture is taken at our first resting point (after 5km). Due to the hot weather, we need to drink lots of water.

Finally, we have completed half of our 17km cycling trip!! Cheers for the great cycling trip!! Edwin, on the left, is the fastest cyclist among us!
Yum yum... all saliva dripping from our mouth!! Soooo hungry after the cycling!! Whooo... the food were delicious!! Shark fins, vegetable, tofu, meat, fish.... and more coming up...
The 2 BIG shell creatures - Lobsters and crabs! Whooo.... so yummy!! The lobsters with egg, butter, and some secret recipe... the chill crabs... really really nice man!!

Oh yea... had a fufilling lunch!! Look at their satisfied faces!! Haha.. all ready to go for the next 17km!! Can you spot Jocelyn yeo in black? Haha.. she look cool rite?
Finally... end point!! All so shack!! Haha.. tigh pain, backside pain, hand pain, sun burn etc. Inspite of all these, it is really really fun!! Racing with people, chatting while cycling, enjoying the sea breeze etc. A great cohesion for kingdom friends!!
We reached Singapore around 630pm. Immediatey, i went home and take a quick bath and proceed down for the next BIG event - Bryant's 10th Birthday!!
Let us start off with some heart-warming pictures. Aunty hugging and touching her niece's face.. so warmth! Father and his princess daughter.. so sweet! This family is really united because Jesus is the head! I felt so heart warming whenever i join their family gathering.

Bryant gave a birthday speech to thank everyone in his life!! Whoo.. the speech is so heart-warming.. thank God i took the video. Everyone were delighted by the speech!! One line he mentioned which really touch my heart: " Thank you for bringing me up so far so long.. Dad u r like a best friend to me.. Mum i promised u that Jesus will be the centre of my life... again i love u so very much!"

I reached home at 1230am and fell flat on the bed!!! Haha.. thank God i can sleep till 12pm on sunday! I went for 3rd service. Anyway, the service was really awesome! I will blog on it one of these days. After the service, the care grp went to coffee club express at melinia walk for fellowship. Haha.. can u imagine coffee club express without coffee? The coffee machine broke down! Haha.. out of 10 of us, only 2 ordered coffee. Therefore, we were not that disappointed.
After the fellowship, Eugene, Vincent, Kason and i had a men outing! We went Ikea for shopping!! Haha.. 4 guys shopping in Ikea??!! They are so good... accompany me to Ikea to buy book shelve for my room. Eugene found a book shelve for me.. exactly the measurement and design i want! We had a great time shopping and playing around!! I can't imagine guys shopping in Ikea can be so fun!!
After shopping, we settle down at Ikea restaurant for dinner. Again.. another mini feast for the men!! Haha.. yum yum.. especially the famous swiss meatball and chicken wing!! We had a men's meeting at the dinner.. haha.. talking on men's topic! Wow.. the sharing is really edifying! We shared so much with each other!! Thank you Jesus for the great brothers fellowship!

After i reached home, immediately assemble the shelve! The white book shelve in my room!!
