Disaster strikes again, but at least I'm getting a little better. I actually woke up to my alarm for the 5am nap this time, except I remember feeling a little chilly, so I just pulled a warm robe/blanket around me and BAM... 7:45am. Are you going to spend the weekend with Scott and Joel again? It seems like the teamwork could keep you on schedule in terms of getting up after naps.

I'd probably agree with you on the no REM while awake deal. I vaguely recall reading that REM occurs in deep sleep from hypnosis class. Go Sal Costa!
I'm unofficially sure that Joel stopped on Monday, but yes to answer your question I will be chillin' with Scott (and possibly Joel) this weekend. It really does make waking up easier, although I really enjoy all the solo activities I get to do at my house.
