Summary: Hannah follows a distressed Ron.
Notes: Hannah's so cute, I'm just having a hard time figuring her out.

“What are you doing wandering around, Ron?” asked Hannah as she watched him walking by.
“I’m not wandering around,” Ron tried not to snap at the curious Hufflepuff, who had gotten up, deciding to follow him.
“Then are you lost?”
“Why would I be lost in Hogwarts?” Ron was getting exasperated.
“I don’t know. You’re the one wandering around.”
Ron sighed, there was just no getting through to some people. Hannah kept on walking next to him. Ron hoped that he ignored her, she might get bored and wander off herself. It wasn’t that he didn’t like her, she was a good friend, but he was mad at the world in general.
Hannah proved to be very persistent and apparently had nothing else to be doing. They walked all the way outside together and circled around the lawn for awhile. Ron was starting to wonder who was following whom now, since he hadn’t been meaning to go outside.
Something about the quiet girl calmed him down. At least he had accepted her presence and wasn’t going to snap at her again. When you’re not mad at one person, it makes it harder to be mad at everyone else.
Eventually, they wiped the snow off a cold bench and sat together. They talked a bit, but they were mostly quiet. When dusk came, they went back inside. Ron was feeling almost happy again. He wondered if Hannah had known he was feeling down; she had done a good job of cheering him up.
As he walked up the stairs to the Gryffindor tower, he didn’t notice the lonely eyes of the girl who didn’t follow anymore.
