I've volunteered. I haven't been kidnapped before, but there is always a first time for everything.

Ha ha, that's the spirit. You sure about this?

Fairly sure. It is for the good of all.

You're right about that. We may not get a chance like this again.

I guess I just can't shake a bad feeling.

[rubs the back of his head innocently] Ohhh, I might have a bit of experience in that field... Well, not exactly kidnapped and studied, no, I don't make a habit of that, but I'm rather...used to aliens myself.

Hey, that's more than I've got. What do you think about this, Doctor?

Besides the fact that they took their dear sweet time replying to any of our messages? [why no, he's not slightly annoyed.] I think they really don't need to bring one of us up there for examination. They should have plenty of instruments on their ship telling them what they need to know.

Still, I'm very curious to meet this new commander.

If they were really worried about contaminating the ship, they definitely wouldn't bring someone on board, right? They'd come down here with their own equipment.

Does that mean you're volunteering?

Agreed. If the ship is technologically advanced enough to withstand space travel, it stretches belief they wouldn't have some sort of way to protect a messenger from a possible biocontaminant. And why do they need one of our number to study instead of picking up a non-sentient sample? If they're so concerned about this, picking up an unknown person with unknown abilities doesn't seem like a practical course of action.

I wonder~ And they were following the ship while thinking there was nobody on it? That's interesting.

Hey, we haven't met, have we?

dei_irati February 18 2009, 03:53:17 UTC
Yes, it is. Scavengers, perhaps?

I don't believe so. Your name?

It's possible. He puts on a pretty good game voice if he is, huh?

Yamamoto Takeshi.

Hey, we may not see another ship for a long time!

If that stupid captain was still around, I'd pound him until he fixed the damn thing.

He's dead, isn't he? I heard a few people identified the body.

I have no clue what an alien even is. I suppose this is my time to find out.

You don't know? Someone not form our world! This would be an alien planet, miss. Unless you were from the planet itself, but you don't look like a frog to me.

venussigil February 18 2009, 04:00:33 UTC
That's very nice of you to say, that I don't look like a frog.

So, I guess you could say that we're all aliens, then?

Haha, and the lady is harsh.

You could say that, especially since we're probably surprising all the natives.
