(no subject)
Had a super bike ride today. I took my bike to Creve Couer Park, which is a change of scenery since I normally just go to Forrest Park. Creve Couer is a little more of a drive but flatter.
I biked all over, even over a bridge that crossed the Missouri River! I was super excited about that. It was warm but my new camel pack kept me drinking icy cold water the whole time. It wasn't very crowded which was nice, but there were enough people riding to have me not feel like I was off all by my lonesome. Creve Coeur Park goes around a lake and the bike trails go off in all different directions. The one I took traveled through some really pretty country, It made me realize how pretty Missouri can be. Needless to say I was a happy camper on my bike ride today. I think I'll be swimming tomorrow, but perhaps a run, depends on the plans for the weekend.
