Swimming tonight went great. I think all the pointers my coach has given me on my technique are starting to sink in. I felt strong tonight and that I could have swam a lot farther. Last week a 200m stretch would make me pretty tired, but tonight that 200m was a piece of cake. I guess I am getting a little fitter. Tomorrow is a 75 min. bike ride. Now I just need to get my fundraising in shape and I'll feel like I might be able to do this thing!
