Just back from the Bulk Barn i love that store and they always have things i can't find anywhere else ;) However i also spend too much $ there!! Anyway we biked there and back and i also managed to get a 55 mins walk in. Did an upper body workout. I try to get as much as i can in on days i don't work just because i have extra time, also this week for a change i have no volunteer meetings ;)
Do you know what amazes me i bought these organic cookies which have approx 8 ingredients in them and i know and can pronounce each and everyone of them. What a difference for some other things.
Here's my food plan for today:
Whole wheat bagel, 2 tbsp peanut butter, strawberries, kiwi, yogurt, fibre one-9
peppers, onion, tom, mushrooms, a bit of leftover chicken sausage, pineapple, fiddlehead stirfry, 2 organic oatmeal raisin cookies, almonds, mango-7
steak, baked potato, veggies(not sure which ones yet)-8
