Well today i got some major exercise in ;) First i went on a 55 mins walk, then i went on a 30 mins bike ride then i did stair climbing for a quest on one of my groups ;) I'll be lucky if i can move tom!! Anyway here's my food plan for today:
baked banana oatmeal with 1 tbsp peanut butter, sf maple syrup, strawberries and kiwi on the side-8
2x whole wheat tortilla pizzas with cheese, spinach and hot peppers, pear and two raisin cookies-7
chicken sausage kabobs, rice and pineapple-8
sf hot chocolate-1
popcorn-2
