Glazing, icing and videos!
I finally got around to glazing the figurines, so this is what they look like now:
And bonus! A picture of them!
I am still considering whether to add bows to the cats or not - since I have two options, either I use the nail art canes that I use for the charms and make bows out of that, and they may end up too small, or, I get ribbon and kill myself over tying tiny bows for them . . . hmmm.
But in other news! I have made two more videos on how to decorate cupcakes! This first one is how I pipe a rose:
And the second one is how to pipe ruffle towers on mini cupcakes:
I hope the videos help! It took me a while to find out how myself online, and to find a video of it too! I know the quality isn't great, but you get the idea, and luckily, this time, Sian was around to help me film it ^_^ And the reason as to why I made cupcakes today?
To cater for a friend's piano concert, that she is having for her students that she teaches (piano that is). They are just plain vanilla, hopefully the parents and the kids like them!
