Displaying things
Good news! They have sent me the map for Wai-con 2012 - and now I know where I will be! Which is . . .
Well, this is hard to see, so let's zoom in:
There I am! Right across from Empire Toys, and near the entrance to the auditorium where the cosplay competition is held . . . again . . . lol! It's a good, familiar place at least! But more good news, I have finished decorating all of the charms! I am so pleased!
This is my worktable at the moment.
The cubed watermelons are decorated!
Same with the bunnies.
And the cats! Ah, last post I forgot to add this in:
I decorated the earrings, so the whipped cream drop earrings have gems on them, so does the strawberry and bow earrings ^_^
Bonus good news - I have also completed the display pinboards! So this is the first one, that you have seen before but with some additional charms such as the new cat charms, dango, domo, ninja, pokeball, Snoopy style dog, and CLAMP wing charms.
And a second display pinboard! Displaying the new charms, keychains, badges, brooches, hair accessories, and rings! Feels so fantastic to have a number of things finished! Seems like all I need to worry about the display for is the earrings, headbands, hats and softies. And do all the attaching and packaging for the charms, print out and laminate signage, get all the bits and pieces together and make the additional Totoro softies! Doable? I think so - although my dad game me a heart attack today, making me think that today was the Friday before Wai-con! Thank goodness it is not!
