So yeah... 3 feet of snow outside, and at the end of each driveway there's about 6 feet. In the past years though the city used to be much better at clearing the streets, even the main drags were covered in a few inches. And even though Corey and I shoveled at 11pm last night, so that it wouldn't be so bad when I went to work at 8 today. I still got stuck at the end of my driveway (front wheel drive) Cause the plows just push the snow in where we shovel -_-; it's a never ending battle.
So this morning, when I was supposed to be at work I was trying to get myself out of the snow, my car perpendicular in the street at the end of the driveway. I try to get myself out first by shoveling under my tires. Then I wake up corey but I'm so stuck that he can't push me out. Then Rick and Bob came over (The bestest neighbors in the world) and they were able to get me out ^^ They were laughing at us "Ohhhh, youth! lolol" but seriously, we could not have asked for better neighbors, in fact, they usually come over and do our sidewalks with their snowblower, but they said it's been so cold out lately the key's actually frozen in the machine. :S
So yeah, while doing tsome christmas shopping I bought them a thank you/christmas card and if I saw something that I knew they would like I would have bought it, but maybe I could find something still... I still need to grab a few things.
