Against most people's advice: I tried to dye my hair black. It didn't really work. We used 2 boxes of semi-permenant hair dye labeled "natural black" (as opposed to blue-black). It sort of came out this dark brown wineish color. I thought I'd hate it and I'd look like some really sick, dying person but it was actually pretty and made my eyes look really blue.
I figured it's just hair. Chris wanted me to try it so eh. It'll wash out soon enough.
