I had this most unusual dream about a creature who, if it emptied its mind of thoughts, could stop reality. It was strange. This diminished state of deta and thelta waves could only last for so long and just like anyone who needs to breath it could only suspend reality for a few moments at best. The lack of something -anything- made those moments stretch for eternity although they happened for barely longer than it took the creature to blink. The instances just before and after it stopped thinking were the most terrifying moments possible.
