Gah..help someone?

Ok .. So ive been lookin @ the NSMB peoples' ljs(the links are in most of their siggies) and mann .. I am lovin how they got it all costumized. soo .. I wanna costumize mine!! Laura said it's overrides .. but I dno how to work with them. If anyone would be OH SO KIND as to either tell me what I have to do .. step by step .. or .. even do it FOR ME .. I would love the person! Just leave me a comment!!

what i want done:
Costumized my whole look
Change the 'Leave A Comment' message thingie
Make a header w/ a pretty picture
Make the boxes smaller/bigger/whatever size

ANYONE? Can ANYONE help me? lol

Oh yea .. and how do I set memories?? lol
