I'm convinced canned juice is one of the hallmarks of human invention. mmm, tinny. now if they'd only start selling cans of water...I do think my life would be one step closer to being complete.

today has been a long (or seemingly so) but awesome day. I had a whole hour of school (930 till 1030), after which I caught the bus to Beal and met up with Gwen and Jason for lunch. we didn't get to talk too much but it was still fantastic to see her, and Jason too. then I picked up some Timmy's for me and my lover and bused it to the frills. Lorissa was done work early so I chilled with her for an hour or two and walked my ass home.

and now here I am, laying outside under the beautiful sun, doing some reading for school and listening to some tunes. i love my laptop.

last night I had my first lecture in 'conceptual physics for non-scientists'. if I were the dean, I'd re-name the class 'conceptual physics for idiots'. guess what I learned? if you roll a ball down a slope, guess what happens? that's right- it goes FASTER the further it rolls down! *gasp* oh yeah, and equal force applied to two sides of an object results in a net force of zero. it balances out. i'm paying good money to learn this stuff.

seeing the girls from school on Saturday night- Kasey, we're meeting at Galleria at 5pm. you're more than welcome to come. in fact, I insist you come, unless you're busy. in which case, I understand. but you'll be missed nonetheless.

for the first time in a long, long time, I'm actually proud of myself. not because I'm in school and not because I haven't been stoned in a long time and not because I've accomplished anything particularly special but for the simple fact of how I've conducted myself as of late. I've actually been a good person, or so I think. just how I've handled little life situations. it's weird.

poker tomorrow night, yay :)
