Holy monkey im 20.
So yah. I turned 20 on the 19th. B-day was good, got to see my crazy mostly female family (good ol'Bennetts showing them what for!) And my friends bought me a beer at the pub (tequila shot was free). All in all it was a good b-day. It seems though that everyone was overly generous though, rightnow i got more gift certificates then i know what to do with...So far i bought a book on military blunders and the Canadian military. hmmm what else... Oh Amanda is out for the weekend so i got to suffiecently gross out previously mentioned friends. I really do miss her like crazy when she's not around so they gotta just suck it up.
Mmm if I had to pick a favorite present it would probably be the quilt my grandma gave me. It is made up of bench of tartans from various Scotish clans, and on the back it says "To Sam from Grandma to commemorate your trip to Scotland 2006"
Lets see, i really appreiciate all my friends that I have saw on Thursday. Not to get mushy here, but you guys have always been there for me, and I really want to thank you for it. Hopefully I can be the same sort of friend...However I do miss my friends that I never see anymore, I wish we all could like decide on a weekend and all go away for a night just spend it doing crazy random shiate (like invading ikea and then superstore followed by a night of halloween candy and laughter) Ahhh memories...I also realised yet again after checking my Nexopia how much I miss my pal Morgie. Hopefully I will be seeing her more often if and when I head up to Northren Alberta for work. She is one of those people that you know you'd be good friends with if they lived near enough. It really sucks because she hasn't even been on msn that much lately.
Le sigh... at least I got the friends I got.
