(no subject)
i'm home now. my nose hurts. and my hair is half-heartedly curled and crunchy from hairspray. i got home last night around 4:30. sleeping on busses is hard. though the floor is really comfortable. imagine a bus full of cheerleaders, what do you think one of the movies we watched on the way home was?
this was definitely a weekend to be remembered.
on friday...
it took us 13 hours to get to our hotel. mainly because we stopped at the albertsville shopping outlet for what seemed like forever.
when in our hotel room with our pizza, celina, steph, kaylan and i rented The Forgotten - creeeeepy movie.
someone started a giant game of hide and go seek in the hotel.
we couldn't fall asleep after because we were scared the creep guy from the forgotten was going to come into our hotel room.
went to bed around 2:30

on saturday...
woke up at 8:45 to get ready for mall going-to. decided we were too cheap for breakfast so we ate granola bars left over from friday. went to camp snoopy for an hour and a half theeeen, dun dun da DUN..hit the mall. oh how i love that mall. celina and i lost steph and kaylan for about 3 hours. i shopped/became really good friends with celina: who's in grade 7. but the coolest 13 year old ev-er.
we went to pizza hut express for lunch; i swear if they had one of those here i'd be hugely fat beause i'd go there alllll the time. ended our day at 5:30 to head back to the hotel to get ready for dinner. went to the Rainforest Cafe; coolest restaraunt ever.
went back to camp snoopy for a bit: rides that go upside down are not a good idea after a dinner of fried shrimp and fries. nope.

nirvana shirt (hot top is THE greatest store in the history of ever)
perfume that smells like chocolate chip cookies
aaaaand...the greatest purchase of the day - my black and red chucks. ooh yes. i found them (on sale too)]
saturday night was fun, steph was sick so we let her sleep in her own bed. which left kaylan, celina and i sleeping sideways with our feet up against the wall, talking until 3:00. i got asked if i was a virgin [??]. do i not come off as virginal?
on sunday...
woke up at 10, in a panic because it was nicole waking us up telling us to come downstairs to practise. everyone was pretty much all ready. we weren't. somehow managed to shower/change/curl our hair/do our make-up/clean our disaster zone of a hotel room in three hours.
walked around the mall in our cheerleading uniforms.
met around 3:30 to get warmed up to compete. i was thirding for gabrielle's double twist and got hit in the nose. it hurts. so badly.
what a rush competing was. like...wow.
we got second..
aaaand..that was my weekend. because you all read that.
