It snowed yesterday. It was supposed to be the first day of my two week plan. Ofcourse I failed...stupid m and ms. So today was supposed to be day one again..failed again. I tried to throw up. I followed the typical "rules" I drank a lot while eating. As soon as I ate the first handful of candy I knew I'd vomit so I figured might as well fill up on crap and enjoy it and then let it all out. So I ate and drank and ate and drank and in the end all that I could make come up was water. No food came out. I was so angry with myself. And I took the snow as like a sign from somewhere that I still had time. Spring and tanktops are a while away and I can still lose the 25 lbs that I've gained. I was so angry with myself...in the end I wound up with blood running down my arms. I needed to punish myself somehow. Went to the store bought apple cider vinegar and prune juice. Drank the apple cider vinegar..does it really help burn fat and am drinking a tall glass of juice...hopefully ill burn fat and clean my system out simultaneously. I've crossed so many boundaries that I've never thought I'd cross. I was ana for about a year...lost a lot of weight was happy with myself kinda let go of my diet around thanksgiving and it all went up hill from there. So here I am slowly dripping blood and sipping my juice; waiting for my tummy to growl and to run to the bathroom..but I bet that's just another old wives tale as well. There is this diet that supposedly lets you lose 10-16 lbs in one week... I dunno I'm yet to actually make it past the first day. If you care ill describe it I suppose it only really works for people who haven't been dieting or ana recently and for those who like carbs and are fat. You make this soup. You put cabbage, green pepper, onion, celery, and tomatoes (or tomato paste) in it. You're allowed to eat it as many times a day and as much of it as you want. And then for seven days on top of eating the soup this is what you can eat
*~* Absolutly no carbonated beverages. If you drink coffee or tea do not put any milk, cream, or sugar into it. Drink a lot of water~*~

DAY 1- Fruits and 100% juice- no bananas
DAY 2- Veggies- no corn, beans, or peas. Can have one baked potato.
DAY 3- Fruits and Veggies- no potato.
By the end of the third day you should lose 5 lbs
DAY 4- Fruits and Veggies and 100% fat free milk. You can have a banana.
DAY 5- Tomatoes and 10/20 ounces of beef
DAY 6- Beef and green veggies
DAY 7- Brown rice, fruit juice, veggies
by the end of this you should lose at least 10 lbs and up to 16 lbs.

What do you guys think...is this for real?
