[Warnings]: none? really vaguely alluded to death, I guess [Dream Effects]: a strong sense of warmth, comfort, and contentment, followed by a sharp sense of loss that may linger after the dream ends

[Zoro doesn't know much about moms, and the feeling of having one is-strange. But...nice.
Loss, though. Loss he does know, and when he opens his eyes in the morning, though the details of Usopp's dream are already growing faint around the edges, the sharp ache lingers.
It's a while before he picks up his Dreamberry and sends a message, in text.]
You could carve those ships, sometime. For when you go back home.
[The sense-image of setting a miniature Sunny on Kuina's gravestone passes through his mind briefly.]

*...so that's another nakama who saw it. he's really not surprised at this point; once Sanji showed him the video post on network it seems sort of inevitable. he thinks for a moment before replying, wondering why Zoro zeroed in on that particular detail*
yeah, i guess i could try at least. models might be fun.
[Encompassing everything they've been through and achieved, handing it over with a 'here. see?' to someone who left before they could witness it themselves-that's what's sticking with him.
*still not sure he gets it, but it seems like there's more behind it than just a suggestion for a pastime. Zoro's much harder to read without seeing his body language*
i'd have to get some carving tools. do you think it's hard?
[It was Zoro's idea for Usopp. 8| Although Zoro is fond of cutting things...No, no, it's a dumb idea, cutting people and buildings isn't the same thing as carving shapes and forms out of something where there were no shapes or forms before. ...Although it's not that far, maybe...Bah.]

*it’s not too hard to find Zoro once he gets back. he just follows the sounds of the snores. he’s carrying a medium sized paper bag in his hands, containing a basic carving tool kit; some paint, sandpaper, and varnish; and a few blocks of wood to start-the proprietor of the shop had recommended basswood. he walks up to where Zoro is napping and stands waiting a moment, then reaches into the bag and pulls out a block of wood, dropping it so it’ll land on Zoro’s lap*
[The suddenly thump of weight jolts Zoro awake, and he blinks at the block of wood for a moment in bleary incomprehension before awareness seeps back into his eyes.]

Probably not. Just knives and wood and stuff, right. How hard could it be.

I'm a swordsman, not an artist.

*he's half-teasing, and half-serious. it was kind of Zoro's idea, after all...*

...I'll just watch you do it.

*yeah, too bad that slight pout isn't visible over text*

...We'll see. Come find me when you've got the stuff for it.

[He'll be napping out on in the sun the deck facing the lake when Usopp does come back.]
