Sometimes silence is the sweetest music of all.

My D'oh factor seems really high so far this week.  Specifically, I noticed the skin on my hands was itchy, and applying lotion didn't seem to help.

Could that  be because I'm allergic to almost  everything?  (One of the major frustrations of the dermic allergies is that I never know what's going to set them off.)    My father's wife buys us a Bath and Bodyworks  pump soap for her gift bag every winter holiday season, and at one point I had almost a dozen.  But I've been working through them slowly, without adverse effect - til now.   I guess Coconut Lime Verbena, and Cherry Blossom, are not good scents for me.  Or my skin has changed, or the chemistry of the soap has changed.  Any way you slice it, one of my sisters will benefit.

The mother hasn't bailed out or visited the nieces in jail, oh no.  Instead, she had her upstairs tenant visit.  Because, you know, "he cares about them".  Yeah.  I would bet that she sent money and other goodies. . . GRRRR.

I never turned any music on this morning (the better to hear the cats knocking things over), and here it is early evening.
I didn't get all that far with cleaning or cooking last night.  I did watch Sunday's poorly written Leverage episode.  ("Kill the writer" is my koan for bad TV, but even as I wondered who had perpetrated that script, my fingers erased the ep.  I don't care enough to go research that, even if I did just waste three sentences on the issue.

I was moderately productive today; tomorrow shall be even better.   Yeah, hope isn't a strategy.   Hey, maybe I'll win the lottery!

music, fud, fine whines, time mismanagement, family (do you gotta love em?), day job, luv my dvr!
