Calm Before the Storm
If it were possible to go through a day pulling at one's own hair and screaming without cease, I just did it. I finished the aforementioned homework assignments in several blazing rounds of one-on-one in which I am proud to say I... yeah, I didn't win. But I also was able to crawl away from the fight, and that counts for something! Live to fight another day, so they say.
The important fact is that it's over, and I have a couple of days to devote to looking over the final exam and finishing up last minute grading. Things will be very relaxed and laid back with enough work to keep me doing stuff all the time without making me freak out.
Finals next week, but an enjoyable weekend to look forward to.
