Question about Myka & Houdini's wallet (Pilot eps) SPOILERS
No clicky the LJ cut if you (still) haven't seen the Pilot eps. I fear you will be spoiled if you do. There are probably going to be spoilers in the responses as well so you've been warned.
Not sure how many of you (if any) frequent the SyFy WH13 forum. There's a game thread there and someone's posted a question regarding Myka & Houdini's wallet. The person who posed the question interpreted the effects differently than I did. I'm not trying to say either one of us is right or wrong, just wondering if I'm the only one who saw it like this.
Okay so the wallet allows Myka to hear Sam, right? And it freaks her out. So when the SUV flips and she's out cold on the ground...do you think the reason Sam is in her unconscious dream is a result of the wallet or her brain using things/people she knows to wake her up?
The person posing the question thinks it's the wallet that's making her dream of Sam. I think it's her brain using what it knows and who she's connected with the most (work wise at this point) to wake her up. Why else would she have dreamt of Dickenson first? Wouldn't the wallet make her dream up Sam first?
Thoughts?
