My pledge class namesake gives the government some exceptionally
bad marks in their anti-terrorist preparation, as the 9/11 Commission reviews how the government has attempted to deal with their findings released in the 9/11 Commission Report. They have, apparently, not done well in addressing the issues this committee brought to their attention as glaring holes in our ability to defend ourselves from terrorist attack.
Gee. It's like the Bush Administration doesn't believe their own rhetoric. I thought terrorists were the biggest global threat we faced. It's like were ignoring what has been stated as our priorities. So, one must wonder... are the adamant statements about terrorism just a spin job? Or is our President culpably negligent?
(Yes, Brad... I know I'm being inflammatory... It was simply too true to not point out).
