On Steamwheedle Cartel I don't see a whole lot of MRP's, but I caught this guy after landing in Kharanos a while back.
A walking contradiction, this one. My overall response to this was a big "Bwuh-huh?" I didn't know the scourge bothered with things like medals for one thing, and, oh yeah, Duke of Stratholme? Commander of the Ebon Blade? Oh but he's also cheerful and happy. I'm not sure where to begin on this description.
Then I saw his history and realized he had to be trolling.
