(no subject)
ok, we just got back from warped...which was fun. The drive there was freakin' sweet almost getting hit by oncoming traffic while passing another car.
It had been a long time since I had been to anywhere besides the western washington area. And it was really the first time I had found a place of peace the first night we were there. Mark and Moses went to sleep and I just sat up for a few hours. I had never seen a shooting star or any of that until a couple days ago so I was in awe. I dunno, there's only been a couple times where I could see a ton of stars so I kind of cherished the moment since I've always had some fascination with stars. It might have been one of the best nights of my life, but in a different way than the rest. I slept in the car which wasnt bad.
We all got up at like 7:00 in the morning which sucked since we had absolutely nothing to do for the entire day. At like 10:00 we went to some crazy place along the Columbia River. Moses and Mark were crazy...crazy. They swam across the river which is freakin huge. And obviously they had to make the trip back the same way. If I would have gone with them I would have drowned after a couple of minutes. But to pass the time I started throwing rocks at birds or to see how far i could throw it out into the water. By the time they had gotten back it had only been a fuckin hour. We went back to camp and had nothing to do...at all. We all slept on and off the whole day and then everything spun around. Right now my skin's really really vulnerable to sunlight because of some medication i'm taking and i didn't know how bad sunlight was for me. My skin was so red that it burnt like someone poured acid or something on me. Moses is a crazy asian and doesn't get burned. Mark did a little but my bad luck never seems to turn around. My nose is so sunburnt that the skin is blistered and yellow. It might be one of the most painful things ever as close as breaking bones. I know i whined a lot on the trip so sorry mark and moses if i was a pain in the ass. ill talk more about warped later but to make things short it was fun. I would have been able to enjoy it more if i wasn't so burned so i had to sit off to the side the whole time.
So it ended up being the best trip ever and also the worst. What a crazy 3 days.
