I think Death's show would actually be a cookery show. Death shows us how to cook all his favourite foods because he is just so sick of all these damn mortals trying to bribe him with substandard snacks.

It hit me today that maybe THAT'S WHAT DEATH DOES ON THAT "BETTER PLANET" HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. And that's why he was so INCENSED Dean ripped him away, it was the freaking pilot show and he needs ratings! Fucking Winchesters.
