I've examined Sabine's automail. The hand and leg need to be completely rebuilt, but the arm just needs some maintenance. I can try and find a cheap prosthetic hand until I can finish the new one, but I'm not giving you a leg until the automail is done - you need to rest right now, it sounds like.
