Day 6 Notes
Level: One
- 15 push-ups in set one! Later ones still running normal
- Right ankle has troubled me most of the day, but didn't bother the workout
- Left knee, which was problematic during the day, was fine during it, too
- All normal other successes holding, endurance continues to lengthen
- Downside: Right knee almost seized during first 5-10 after work out
- Sore Muscles Last night: Right ankle
- Sore Muscles Yesterday/Today: Left upper pectorals
