No, let me correct myself from yesterday. Today is the day I'm amazed not that I punched through my workout, but that I was even willing to get on with the idea of it.
Today, the day where they made the official announcement that I have to super train my one competent replacement of the two in a whole new project in my last eight days. Today, when I had to stay late for a planning-training session over that, and when I was leaving 30-40 minutes late, ended up standing there staring at my car's flat tire, which lent itself to spend two hours reading, in another waiting room, and money I really can't afford to flush down on accidents with only two paychecks left, to fix it.
Which…..just did not put me in the mood.
But I gave myself five minutes after getting home and then pushed play.
Day 5 Notes
Level: One
-- 10 push-ups without a break, followed by three other sets
-- Endurance is totally getting in longer in half a dozen different places
-- I think I hurt my ankle yesterday, because it was sore while sleeping last night and troublesome during the 20 minutes today, especially during the hard bouncing jump rope and butt kick portions, where it hasn't hurt to twinged at all before.
Success: After practice Greek Yogurt with a dollop of honey and a handful of blueberries (2nd batch of Greek Yogurt made yesterday is a massive success!)
I'm going to go sulk off my day, with some tv, before I figure out what to do about dinner and whether I can even toss myself together enough to write articles for Rachel. (If that ends up being a no, I'm horribly sorry already, Rachel.)
