May 15th: San Antonio Tea & Herb Meetup
Today was my second San Antonio Tea and Herb Meet-up, with those awesome people I mentioned having found once before. This event was again pretty awesome, even though it was more lax this time than last. In the picture above, the book and the cup-tray-coaster set I won in door prize drawings. The book from last time's, even though I left early, and the set this time, first. I was stunned and awed.
(I, also, loved the book, since it's the Adagio guide I've wanted to see for ages.)
The tiny red box is a gift sample from a place either in town or online. I've forgotten which now. And everything else you see before you (bagged tea, loose tea, and the rose water spritzer) was in my monthly tea swap with the head person.
I'm already highly excited for the event this month where we're going to work on blending.
