Finally! You wouldn't believe the craziness that has led to this swap finally being mine and being presented up on this community. It was mis-shipped and mis-delivered (through absolutely no fault of
rubymulligan's, who wrote my address correctly and purchased Priority with delivery confirmation) and made to wait and then the camera didn't want to work and then Paint Shop didn't want to work and then my internet died today while writing this.
But we are all here now, and every single piece of my swap was worth the journey.
The Scavenger Hunt Breakdown
Parts One and Two
The first part (lower obviously! :P) was a post card of a shrine actually seen by
rubymulligan recently in her travels which moved her greatly. I felt quite honored to share in the beauty of it. The second part is an amazing tea sample from Tea of Life, though I've yet to locate a web address to link to them, which is filled with amazing flavors (like Forest Fruit, White Lavender, Berry Patch, etc!).
Part Three
As Long as the Moon Shall Rise: Reflections on the Full Moon collected by Ellen Moore Anderson. This is a gorgeous book/full moon journal full of poetry, quotes, history, musings. I have decided in light of trying to work with it every month not to start reading the book yet, but instead to work through each new full moon chapter as each new one comes into my life. It's going to be an intense and interesting project, but I'm so excited about attempting it.
Plus, look, amazing, pretty origami flower!
Part Four and Five
Part four is the necklace laying across the bottom of the picture. Having peeked into my interests on my sheet and my etsy wishlist,
rubymulligan made this gorgeous chakra necklace for me, and it came in the dragon bag in the wee-high-left corner. Part Five is the book and deck set of
The Hidden Path, a deck I'd newly added and rightfully so. I was filled with such awe and amazement as I flipped through these cards.
rubymulligan, even days later just catching a glance of your necklace or noticing my deck near my bed or tea on the shelf in the kitchen, I'm stunned in awed smiling. This swap was an amazing blessing. Thank you. Thank you, Thank you, so very much.
