What to report from the mad world overseas. ¨
1. the U.S. election.
I've come to the realization that I dont care if its Obama or Hillary. I'm slightly more optimistic about Obama.. I supose because he hasnt screwed up yet. I havent seen his political gameface as much as I have Hillarys. But hope can be a terrible thing, as it often leads to letdowns. Any thoughts? will things actually change. Do the democrats have the backbone needed to stand up to all that money?
2. Education:
Well, for one I'm thinking if I do end up taking a masters full time, I want to do it int he U.S. Its not that having a U.S. master will make more atractive as an employee in Norway (Possibly less as they wouldnt know the University), but there is always the chance I might get a job with a U.S. company, and recently moving to the U.S. has seemed more and more like a fun move.
3. Work.
I have been sick for a long time now. My new workout program went down the ditch. Last time I updated I said I had been ill for a while. Well, I got worse, and suddenly I was stuck with doing nothing, and doing it very carefully. After 4 doctors visits nobody was any wiser as to what was wrong with me (pneumonia was mentioned and treated but no real effect was had, outside the nausia that comes from antibiotics). Lately however I have decided to go back to work until I either get well, or get hospitalized. My fever has gone, and so its just the coughing and occational headaces to worry about.
4. Other.
Our apartment is disapearing as we speak. Or: we have been told we have 3 months to move out before the fixing comences. So, we're once again looking for a new place to live. Me and Sigurd decided to try to find a place together, and the girl decided to not get a new place, and instead move in with her boyfriend back home and just come back for exams. However, the search for a cheap place somewhere halfway central is not easy. Oh well, I'm sure it will all work out.
Girls are girls are girls are girls are girls. And thats about all there is to say about that. The ones who want you are uninteresting by default. The ones that dont want you, but pretend to end up being Ilusions. The ones you want are untouchable and unatainable.
Also, lately the two first have cropped up a lot more than the third. Its all drama anyway. Glorious drama.
