A few weeks ago, Yen Press was holding a lot of twitter contests and won a copy of Book Girl on the last day. Just a quick note before hand (seem to do this with all my reviews don't I?), it seems that in the US/UK/AU/CA/NZ authors agree on the number of books in a series in their contract ahead of time.
