Although I suspect that's because it warmed up outside a bit not because the building's heating works better now (heck, I've had to turn it down a little and the RA agrees, when it's regularly cold outside, so in the 20s and maybe the teens, the building is fine, it's when we get really low temperatures like we have that everyone freezes).
