January the 15: Hmm, it's chilly outside...
It's supposed to go down to seven degrees tomorrow morning, I think I shall stay inside until tomorrow afternoon at least. Shouldn't be hard, I've been sleeping until 10 or 11 each morning anyway (aka, however long it takes that cat to go, hey, she's not awake yet, OH BOY WARM BED! LET ME IN!). But I did for a walk today and, after I froze the baby fat on my cheeks off it felt pretty good. XD What? I did live in Cleveland for a while, it marks a person!
Anyway, finally finished Mr. Mew today! I had to sew his head FIVE TIMES (well, just twice today) before I was happy with the shape of it, and I still put a bow-tie around his neck since I can't do necks well. Also gotten some work done on my Amu jacket, I expect to sew up the second armhole tonight and maybe I'll sew the cuffs as well. Slow and steady work, maybe tomorrow I'll finally finish my Ahiru plushie...
Not much else to report, attempted to listen to an Earl and Fairy Drama episode, did listen to another Hetalia one (and wow, that fandom has KILLED my friends page, it's so big!), heard some scary twlighters stories, and probably need to work on my time management skills.
So far I've had TWO polite conversations with Ted today (yes it's kinda a record), but he and my mom keep going off into her-gawd, their room and locking the door so, the teenager I am, is staying well away from that part of the house.
Grumble, eight months until college and mother, I'm pretty sure it's too early to worry about housing yet, OH WELL.
