Feburary the 27th: Choose your own opening!
1. Today I was taking a shower and heard someone flush the toilet; right after wards the water got hotter. I live in a thee hundred person dorm and am alarmed that one toilet makes that much a difference in the hot water supply.
2. Since I only have a bathroom sink to do my dishes in I have a hard time getting my water bottles clean. Solution? Take them into the shower with me, works out pretty well.
3. Today I walked in on two of my friends dressing up as pirates to go eat at the Broyhill (aka the fancy place I went in my lab clothes on my birthday, I fear I started a tradition there). They came back later and said they were asked if they had come from the local drag show.
Yup, I'm a normal kid alright, and other than those highlights today was a rather boring day. True I did get to the public library and got a card there, but that was the only time I got out today. True I also watched a lot of The Zombie Hunters livestream (and was embarrassed when I had to admit that I thought Milo and Jenny were related, doesn't help that I hadn't noticed any real romance between them so I didn't have a quick factor to set me straight). But really, I wish the photo lab was open on Saturdays so I could get some of that done and stop freaking over getting my prints done. At least I have everything I need for tomorrow, maybe I'll even get some sewing in. So, signing off, a little more Xam'd and then bed.
