Why hello there, Paraguay.
After watching their game against Italy I felt the need to draw him. All because of the socks the team wears. IDK, but stripey socks look SO DAMN CUTE! Or it might just be that my "cute" criteria is plain broken.
And this is Chile.
Because he's my favourite from all the Latin Hetalia OCs.
I think I have much more fun drawing OCs than canon. Might be because everyone else is already drawing canon...
Anyway, the official fandom OCs for South America are gorgeous! Here's a pic of them all together made by kuraudia.

According to this fic, this was what happened after Spain's game against Switzerland. Because, in case you don't know, the guy who scored that goal is a cousin of a Port. So, after Port teasing Spain about it, this ensued.
BTW, zulenha , should we make a bet for the 25th?
