Gah, pretty! Of course, I would know who it was immediately. :D
I find it really difficult to capture a likeness, especially with isolated features -- eyes, nose, lips -- the shape and proportions of the face help a lot, so I think you did really well here at capturing the likeness. Only doodling I've done recently was an attempt to capture Max Adler's lips because I LOVE them - they make me crazy, the shape of them is so pretty. And yet... fail:
'Little Bo Peep' lips, lol. Very descriptive! Big he-man with a fluffy little bo peep heart, too, though.
Samuel Larson had a small appearance on Glee last night, btw. I think they're building up to a love triangle thingy between him, Quinn, and Artie. But it's Glee. Their storylines change on a dime and are sometimes never mentioned again. Why do I keep watching this show? Why? Because of Chris Freakin' Colfer and the tantalizing hope of seeing Max Adler again, that's why.
Lawd, she's in a wheelchair because in the last episode (7 weeks ago, before the hiatus) she was texting and driving and got hit by a truck. We see her get SLAMMED, right in the driver's side, too, by a truck that's going really fast, and the next time we see her, she's in a wheelchair, but is otherwise A-okay -- not a scratch or bruise on her. Oh, Glee.
At least we get to see the result of her accident played out, though. Dave Karofsky wasn't so much as mentioned. Before the ep with his suicide attempt, people were very cynically saying that the creators of Glee were only doing that storyline as a cheap ploy to boost ratings before the hiatus, and I was like, 'Aww, come on, let's not be cynical! Maybe they really do want to do something relevant and beneficial, yadda yadda.' Now I'm thinking it was a cheap ploy to boost ratings. o_0
Ahhh, that was the big drama. She says that she's getting feeling back and that with therapy she'll be walking again and she got mad at Artie when he told her to prepare for the worst if that doesn't happen and it ends up being permanent. She also got miffed with teen jesus because he said he was praying for her to be okay no matter what the outcome and she told him, basically, that she didn't want his prayers unless they were for her to walk again. Hmm.
For you (honestly, probably the only bright spot in the entire episode last night):

(why is that girl in a wheelchair - I saw on tumblr. Yes, I'm too lazy to actually turn on the tv when I get home).
