The night before had been a bit unsettling. Nadia's tarot reading for him had not had good things to say. It had, however, had some unfortunately on the mark things to say.

Pippi is bored. There's just something very restless about today.

So, on her way down to Gun Club she decides to stop at her BFF's room.

Pup yapped again. He might be alone. Or that unmoving lump on Al's bed might be Al. Either way, he's without company.

Walter's pillow may be paying the price.

Apparently Walter was too emo to bother with stupid things like locks, because it wasn't.

Pup was apparently immune to silly things like demonic influences, and was not at all emo to see Pippi.

Pup scampered over to get his proper attention, jumping up to get some good licks in.

"Ack! Pffft!" Pippi said before noticing the lump on the bed that may or may not be Al.

"Shall we go for walkies and find Walter? Let's leave him a note!" she whispered to Pup.

She found a pen and some paper.

Walter,

I came looking for you, your door was open but only Pup was here.

We are looking for you together now, like a treasure hunt!

Pup bounced happily at the prospect of getting out and about for a while. It was a good day, indeed. And then they'd find his Walter and it would be even better.

Pippi grabbed Pup's leash from where it hung on the doorknob and snapped it onto his collar.

"Let's go Pup! Adventure time!"
