well it is now august 1st
Today is the project deadline for this crazy project I have been working on since the 2nd week of June. Looks like we are actually going to make the deadline. I wrote some simple visual basic code for excel that saved us at least 15 hours of tedious manual work. Good feeling!
Congrats to Katie and Chris on getting married today!
but yep looks like I wont be working 70 hours a week anymore. So time to hang and enjoy myself and perhaps do a little toy shopping. 12 gauge, wireless keyboard and mouse, tools? not sure yet
I am taking this whole next week off. Moving out of my apt tommorow and hopefully and I will be pretty much done with it in one day, I HOPE. Bc then I believe some of us are getting together with daniel to drink some quality keg beer. Would be a good finale to the rapid pace of the times lately. Ben should be there and hopefully luke will be around for some beer chugging.
Should be going to texas wednesday to visit family and see my oh so wonderful car. I cant wait to drive it, just hope I dont get any tickets in texas. I will get to see some old friends too. That should be interesting.
oh hey roomies or ex roomies, latest power bill was 235 dollars.
yep my brain is scattered too much coke, and I am not talking about that kind.
well hopefully no more than another 1.5 hours of work and then I can go relax a bit. Kinda sorry I wont be here tommorow to see the bosses face when he finds out we are completely done. Nick and I are the main ones in charge of the project and he thought we might be skipping out this week without actually completely finishing the project. He seemed concerned, especially since he got his ass chewed out last week about having to have this stuff done. Management seems less and less desireable each day.
hmm what else is going on, anyone up the brewfests coming up in the next few months?
