Something that's really bothering me: I keep on swearing in my head! ALL THE TIME. Just a second ago I clicked on 'add friend' instead of 'update journal', and in my head I went "Shit fuck!". What is wrong with me?! I think I have anger problems or something. Whenever someone does something slightly annoying, in my head I'll go "Fuck you!". It's just not right. It's freaking me out. Someone please help.
In other news, my dad, being my dad, bought a silicone jelly mold from Canadian Tire. In his defence, we did need a jelly mold, but it's the weirdest thing ever! It's green and kinda spongy and all bendy...Apparently you can also bake cakes in it. I think you have to see it to understand it...or really not understand it and wonder why someone would think the world needed bendy jelly molds. Isn't the fact that they hold jelly enough?
I am slowly washing all the wet stuff I brought back from Barkley Sound, which is pretty much everything. It was so wet. That is pretty much all you need to know. I pretty much just said "pretty much" three times in four sentences.
The CBC lockout is over!!!! Praise the omnipotent being!!!! Workers will go back to work on Tuesday. The National Time Signal is the coolest thing ever.
Wait! I lie! There is something cooler. The other day I was flipping through radio stations (on cable), and came across something completely unreal. It was a guy, with a heavy, pretentious English accent describing food from a restaurant. I listened for about 20 minutes, and all he did was describe various dishes, laying the adjectives on thick, saying things such as "spear-like skewer", and at the end of a dish he would say the price. It was so weird! Never did he say "your listening to 101.8, the station where a random English guy reads menus", there were no commercials, no interruptions, he just barreled on, decribing dish after dish, with maybe a comment on how the waiter was dressed and whether or not the fish was too salty. Man...you have to hear it, I laughed for so long.
