Red (Good Omens fanart)
This is Pepper. If I had to choose my favorite character from Good Omens... actually, it'd probably be Crowley, but I love Pepper too. Maybe it's because I, too, was once a tomboy with a chip on her shoulder. Maybe I just can't resist an eleven-year-old girl as the mortal foil for the embodiment of War. Maybe it's her delightfully nerdy real name (Pippin Galadriel Moonchild - I think I would have gotten along with her parents).
I don't often draw things that I like well enough to go through the trouble of scanning and coloring them with my trusty tablet and my crappy old version of Photoshop, but I'm rather proud of the fact that I drew this in ballpoint pen and managed not to make any glaring anatomy errors. I'm still not happy with my coloring skills - I don't have much of an eye for it, so everything ends up looking like I drew it in crayon. Oh, well. I'll keep practicing.
