Perhaps you can use squares of fabric and twine or ribbon to make pouches of candy to use as place holders on your Thanksgiving table. Everyone loves sweets this time of year.
So you know how a frittata is like, I dunno, makeup for leftovers? You take any random casserole, pasta dish, saute, Chinese takeout box, whatever, and throw it in a pan with eggs, throw cheese on top and broil for a bit, and whammo, you're the best cook ever?
Take all the candy and make Christmas bars out of them. Dice them, heat a little caramel or maybe chocolate, throw the candy bar pieces and some Golden Grahams and mini-marshmallows in, pull off the heat, stir around, and press into a buttered pan. Poof! Coolest party hostess ever. :)
