OK. I resolve customer complaints at my workplace, [direct-mail subsidiary of Major Newspaper]. We are currently in the middle of what I'll call the World Santa program, which donates and organizes donations of toys, books, and holiday goodies to [my state] families who otherwise would not be able to afford gifts for their kids this Consumerism
