The Noise
One thing that's harshing my groove, though, is the constant, unending HUMMING sound that resonates through my room at all times.
It must be the HVAC unit or SOMETHING. If it wasn't a constant (literally, it does not stop, which makes it possible to forget it or ignore it sometimes) thing, I'd think it was a dishwasher or washer/dryer or something like that. But the evenness of the noise (it does not pulse or change pitch) makes me think it has to be something else.
It's really.... I don't know about "loud" but "noticible." If it was music or something I'd say it was loud. But since it's sort of a mechanical resonating noise, it doesn't seem to fit the bill for "loud" or "quiet." It's just THERE. I guess I could say it's loud. O_o
Is it time for a hot bath?
