I just (a couple of hours ago) faxed off the releases, tax forms, and ethics agreements for the photos that the AJC used. Contrary to my initial thoughts, they do not require me to sign over exclusive rights. I am bound by a 72 hour exclusivity clause that says that they have the exclusive rights to the photos for 72 hours, and retain print, ( Read more... )
