I'm pretty amused by the fact that 90% of the posts on my flist are all about how awesome they thought XM:FC was. It's not that I didn't realize my fandom opinion would be an unpopular one, but I am still pretty deeply amused. To be clear, I am 100% onboard with the Charles/Erik. Just so everyone knows.
IN OTHER NEWS.
Okay, so sometimes customers baffle me, and it mostly has to do with when I buy things from them. A customer today got annoyed that we offered him an average of $5 a piece for the seasons of TV that he brought in (that is not actually what we offered him per season, that's just the way the average worked out, btdubs). He looked at me and said "you can't tell me you're not going to turn around and make more than twice what you just paid me." And FOR REALS, Y'ALL, it was all I could do to not look at him and go "well, you are 100% correct, but then, we are a business, and we are interested in remaining profitable so my paycheck doesn't bounce. Also, we like lights and air conditioning."
What, for reals, is the part that people don't get? You're not at a garage sale, a flea market, or a pawn shop. I'm sorry we're not living up to your expectations.
