I imagine I'll go into more detail in the future, but my interview with HPB went well. Assuming nothing happens to block me at the district level, I'll be working at the new HPB in OKC in March. Except in March the job will be in Ft. Worth, which is an interesting story.
So yeah.
Spent some time with my sister, who is adorable and hilarious, and her boyfriend, who is hilarious and a really sore loser. I finished a book, Shelter, for my bookclub. I'm going tonight to hang out with a friend from college who I'm pretty sure I haven't actually SEEN since college, but have communicated with in other ways since then. Then tomorrow it's back up to OKC and more sitting around on my couch, waiting for the temp agency to call and give me a task for the day.
Been a busy weekend, but a good one.
OH. ALSO. MY SISTER'S CATS.
So they used to look like this:
(The human in the picture is my little brother.)
And I can't find the pic on facebook where it looks like he's eating a small child, but this is the basic size and shape now:
(And that's my sister's boyfriend.)
This cat went from being the runty little guy we thought wouldn't make it when their mom abandoned them to being a TWENTY-TWO POUND CAT THAT ISN'T OVERWEIGHT. It's RIDICULOUS.
